• Meeting point

    You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information regarding the meeting point. Our emergency number is in your booking confirmation. You receive the booking confirmation instantly after you finished the online booking process.

  • Will other passengers be travelling with us in the vehicle?

    No, we provide only private transfers, the vehicle is exclusively for your use. A private transfer means: no other passengers in the vehicle; door-to-door service, fix price.

  • How many luggage can I have?

    The luggage capacity of the vehicle is shown in Fleet section of the online booking process. For example, a regular car has capacity for up to 4 passengers, 4 regular sized bags and 4 hand luggage. If you have any doubts, if your luggage will fit in the vehicle, please upgrade to a bigger vehicle.

  • I travel with a baby/child. Do you provide baby/child seats?

    We have baby seats and child seats available free of charge. You have to inform us if the baby seat is required either by email or in your booking.

  • I cannot find my destination in your online booking system.

    Please contact us and describe the service you need. Our team will be happy to assist you.

  • What can I do, if I cannot see my driver?

    In booking confirmation letter you will be provided with personal details of your driver and your car. You will also have the driver's direct mobile number.

  • What shall I do, if my flight has a delay?

    Flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. Anyway to help your driver's work in case your flight is announced to be late, please immediately inform your driver. You can find the emergency number on the booking confirmation, you receive instantly after you finished the online booking process.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    Yes. If you pay the transfer fee to the driver, please ask your driver to give you the invoice after your payment. We will provide you with an invoice by sending it to you by email. If you pay the transfer fee along with your online booking process, the invoice is the booking confirmation email.

  • How much notice will you need for us to book?

    It is advisable to book at the same time you book your flights. Most destinations are bookable up to 24 hours prior to arrival; some suppliers will accept less notice. It is highly recommended to book as early as possible, as we occasionally have to block out certain dates and/or times due to running out of transportation vehicle availability.
