New Restrictions

In the current circumstances, Brussels Airport has applied several restrictions and took corona measures for travelers. In the present situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, only those people who travel and airport staff are admitted to the terminal, as well as accompanying wheelchair users or minors can also access the terminal. As well as accompanying a passenger to the departure hall or picking up a passenger in the arrival hall is therefore not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Where do AtoB drivers pick the customers up?

According to new corona restrictions taken by Brussels Airport, our drivers can’t meet you in the arrival hall anymore. The new meeting point with your taxi driver is in front of the main exit – where is the taxi lines just at the arrival level. When you get out from the baggage zone into the arrival hall, Quick burger will be in your left hand, this is the direction you should follow. Just in front of the Quick burger and Relay kiosk you fill find the main exit from the arrival zone. When you exit the arrivals you will see a taxi line, you should cross the pedestrian zone and see your driver holding a nameplate.

As a passenger, you can find these zones by following the signage towards “pick up zone friends & relatives”.
