Where to Meet your Driver at Berlin Brandenburg Airport

Congratulations on landing in Berlin! After disembarking from your flight, you’ll likely head through passport control (if you’re arriving from outside the Schengen Area) and baggage claim to collect your luggage. Once you’re through customs and have everything in hand, it’s time to find your AtoB driver for a smooth onwards journey.

Berlin Brandenburg Airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2). AtoB drivers will meet you directly in the arrivals hall, but the specific location depends on which terminal you arrive at:

• Terminal 1 (T1): Look for your driver holding a sign with your name (or the lead passenger’s name) just outside the arrivals exit.
• Terminal 2 (T2): The meeting point for T2 arrivals is also in the arrivals hall, directly after you exit baggage claim. You’ll find your AtoB driver waiting with a name sign there.

Once you spot your driver, simply approach them and confirm your booking details. They’ll be happy to help with your luggage and get you comfortably settled in the vehicle. Berlin awaits!
