Luggage and Customs
First things first: Disembark and collect your luggage from the baggage claim area. If you’re arriving from an international destination, you’ll likely pass through customs. Follow the signs for customs and immigration, and have your passport and any necessary documents handy. Once cleared, proceed to the arrivals hall where your AtoB driver will be waiting.
Meeting Your Driver
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) has two main terminals: Main Terminal (KLIA) and Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2). Here’s where to find your AtoB driver at each:
- Main Terminal (KLIA): After exiting customs, head towards the arrivals hall. Look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it. They’ll be waiting near the designated passenger pick-up area.
- Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2): Upon exiting customs, proceed to the ground floor arrivals hall. AtoB drivers will be waiting at the designated passenger pick-up zone, holding a sign with your name.
