Luggage Claim and Customs: Regardless of your arrival terminal, you’ll collect your luggage from the designated baggage claim area after deplaning. If Pula Airport is your first point of entry into Croatia, you’ll also pass through customs. Follow the signs for baggage claim and customs upon arrival.
Meeting Your Driver:
Pula Airport consists of just one terminal, making the meeting point for your AtoB driver straightforward. Once you’ve collected your luggage and cleared customs (if required), proceed to the Arrivals hall. Look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it. If you have any trouble finding your driver, you can contact AtoB using the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
