Is There a Kingston to Toronto Airport Train?

Yes, indeed there is. You will likely find that taking the train is the most efficient and cost-effective method for getting between the two cities. Costing just $130 for an economy ticket, you can expect to arrive in Kingston in around 3 hours and 50 minutes.

To begin your trip, head to the Pearson bus station outside the airport terminal and catch the UP express train to Union Station; this will cost $12.35, for a single adult ticket. The duration of this first trip will be 25 minutes, with 3 intermediate stops.

After arriving at Union Station, check the departure board to see when the next VIA train is departing towards Kingston; this will likely be the train to Montreal. The bus is slightly more convenient than the train, as there is a direct route from the airport to Kingston, for a lower price as well. The price of a ticket is $55, and can be purchased directly through the megabus website, prior to departure.

To begin this journey, simply head to the megabus stop in terminal 1 or 3, for the former it is located on the ground level at Post P5, and for the latter it is located at Post C8.

After showing the driver your ticket, head on board the bus and sit back and enjoy the 3 hour and 35 minute ride.
