Is there a Brussels Airport to Bruges Train?
You will be very pleased to hear that there is a direct train route connecting these two destinations. The particular train line runs at multiple intervals throughout the day, making it a very convenient option. The downside to the train route is the fact that it does not offer a night-line, which means that those arriving during the wee hours will have to wait until sunrise to make their connetion to beautiful Bruges.
To catch this train, make your way to the train station in the airport, which is signposted throughout the terminal, after you have been cleared through passport control and collected your bags. When at the station, be sure to carefully check the departures board for the train that is departing soonest. The direct train line is the IC towards Knokke-Heist, which usually departs from Platform 1.
At the station, you can purchase your tickets at one of the automated kiosks, or via the official SNCB app. This particular train ride will cost €23.80, with the added airport supplement of €6.80 already included.
When you arrive at Brugge Centraal, disembark and catch a tram or bus into the center of the city.
