From Alghero Airport, you can catch the Linea 760 bus towards Sassari, and alight at the Padre Zirano stop. Then, you will need to wait for 1 hour, before boarding the Linea 727 to La Pelosa. This ride will take 1 hour 17 minutes and has 34 stops in between. This line goes through Porto Torres as well, before heading to its final destination.
