Alight at the Valle Aurelia stop, and walk for 260 metres to the gates of the Vatican.

Tickets cost €14.00 for the Leonardo Express and €1.50 for the bus. They can both be bought at ticket kiosks at the airport, or from the bus driver in the latter instance.
