Getting a Bus from Almaty International Airport to Almaty

Are you a fan of buses? We have the bus option that connects Almaty with the airport. You can look for bus No. 92.

No. 92 bus stops at Sayakhat (among other stops), which is a gateway for the Almaty-2 railway station. So, if you are planning to continue your journey with a train, know for sure that the bus option will take you there. On top of that, this train station is located in the center of the city. So, you’ll arrive downtown no matter what.

The bus is the most affordable option as the price of a single ticket costs only €0.30 (KZT 150). You can buy your tickets from your bus driver. You cannot buy them online.

The trip to the city center from the airport is about 45 minutes long, therefore, you could say that traveling by bus is a good deal as far as money and time on wheels are concerned.
