Before You Meet Your Driver:
Luggage and Customs: Once your plane lands, disembark and collect your luggage from the baggage claim area. If you’re arriving from outside the Schengen Area, you’ll need to pass through customs. Follow the signs for “arrivals,” “baggage claim,” or “customs” as needed.

Finding Your Meeting Point:
Naples Airport has two main terminals. Here’s where to find your AtoB driver at each one:
Terminal 1: After collecting your luggage and passing through customs (if required), proceed towards the Arrivals Hall. Look for your AtoB driver holding a sign with your name on it. They’ll be waiting near the Arrivals Hall exit, ready to whisk you away to your final destination.
Terminal 2: Similar to Terminal 1, once you have your luggage and have cleared customs (if necessary), head towards the Arrivals Hall. Your driver will be waiting there with a sign displaying your name, ready to take you on to your next stop.
