Although you will be able to get in touch with your driver 24 hours before the flight, knowing where to find them after landing will definitely alleviate a lot of the travel-related stress.

Once you’ve arrived at the airport, collected your luggage and passed through all necessary security checks, head towards the bank of elevators and proceed to the upper level of the airport. Take the elevator to the “departures” level, locating the exit marked as “P1” towards the city.

Outside, you should be able to see the Courtyard Marriott hotel across the street. There are usually taxis and buses parked here, as well as areas to return your baggage trolley to.

Once outside, your driver will be waiting for you. If you have chosen to include our complimentary “meet and greet” service, they will be holding a name sign. If not, you will be able to locate their car, by checking the email sent to you with your assigned driver’s contact information. In this email, will be a section stating the make of the car, as well as its licence plates.
