Is There a Grandvalira to Barcelona Airport Train?

No. As this is a mountainous ski resort location, laying a railroad would be both difficult and likely dangerous. If you are a train enthusiast, we are sorry to disappoint you, but you’ll have to rely on one of the other methods for transportation. Don’t worry though, you can always ride a train somewhere else!

Getting a Bus to Barcelona Airport from Grandvalira

Fortunately a bus ride is both affordable, and mostly convenient. You can get to the ski resort in Grandvalira in around 3 and a half hours, with only a few intermediate stops along the way. The bus departs directly from El Prat airport at bi-hourly intervals throughout the day. The last bus departs at 22:45 from terminal 1, and passes by terminal 2 and BCN diagonal.

To begin your bus journey, head to the bus stop in either of the terminals, locating the Andbus. You can choose to purchase your tickets either online, or directly from the bus driver, although if you choose the latter only a cash payment will be accepted.

The price of a single ticket is €33 for a single trip and €56 for a round trip. It is recommended to buy both, especially if you will be returning to Barcelona, following your ski trip.
